60 minute Myofascial Therapy Session

Myofascial release is a gentle, hands-on technique that targets and alleviates restrictions in the fascia. (Sheet-like layers of connective tissue- kind of like the biological fabric that holds you together! Yes it is very important!) This 60-minute session focuses on relieving pain due to chronic tension, improving mobility, and restoring natural movement patterns through slow, sustained pressure. This is my personal favorite type of session to do, because of the amazing immediate results for my clients post massage!
