Static Cupping Session

Dry static cupping goes back to ancient times in Chinese and Egyptian medicine. This method of body work uses gentle suction to lift the skin and other connective tissues such as fascia. Along with other more specific benefits, cupping can improve circulation, ease muscle tension, release fascia, and generally creates space in the body to promote healing. This session can range anywhere between 20-35 minutes, which is why I would recommend setting aside at least an hour for your session.
